Gemma supports the employment law consultants by drafting legal documents such as compromise agreements and correspondence ranging from job offers to letters regarding restrictions and redundancies.  She assists with Employment Tribunal claims including the drafting of ET3 response forms and witness statements.  She also conducts legal research, prepares reports and drafts slides for presentations.  Furthermore Gemma reviews and assists with HR helpline queries which require legal input.</p>
