Assessment centres

Successful recruitment of senior staff is vital. Far too often, this process is 'managed' by other senior staff and is based solely around aimless 'feel good' interviews that have poor structure and fail to provide consistent, objective assessment of the candidates. There is always scope for subjective, personal preference 'gut-feel' but if you use an assessment centre, at least you can apply the 'gut-feel' factor to a shortlist of appropriate candidates!

Using a mix of assessment techniques (psychological tests, role plays, interviews, case studies presentations etc.) we will ensure that only candidates who are fit-for-[your]-purpose make the shortlist for final interview.
