Whether you are ending this sentence in the style of Rhianna, or instead the classic school playground limerick might suggest a lot about your own experiences (or lack thereof) of bullying.

The news is filled with tragic stories of children plagued by bullies and if you watched the BBC Three Little Mix documentary you couldn’t help but be moved by the appalling abuse faced by Jesy Nelson.

Sadly bullying doesn’t end at school, or online, and there are many examples of workplace bullying and harassment which can be extremely damaging to any business.
