Diversity, Equality & Inclusion

This really matters to us. We look to build and maintain an inclusive environment where everyone can realise their career potential.

This commitment to understanding and engaging on an equal footing enables us to recognise the needs of our clients in diverse markets, engage with the communities in which we operate and leverage the diverse perspectives of our people.

We are committed to promoting equality and diversity in all our dealings with clients, third parties and colleagues. This means creating and sustaining a working environment free of bullying, harassment, victimisation and unlawful discrimination, promoting dignity and respect for all.

We focus heavily on creating an environment where individual differences and the contributions of all colleagues are recognised and valued. This includes a strategy of openness and encouraging challenge along with organisational structures aimed at reducing the risk of undue influence.

As a business we are regulated by the SRA who conduct a diversity survey every two years. The survey is voluntary and therefore may not be indicative of the whole group. The latest survey was carried out and published July 2023. We have included key data from it below.

For comparison, the most recently published (2021) UK census data for the area around our main offices in Maidstone, Kent shows the percentage of population identifying as ‘white’ to have been 89.8%.
