Management structure shake up at Outset

In support of our rapid growth, strategic changes have been made to our management structure. Sean Gorman, who formerly led our Corporate, Commercial and Property activities has been promoted to Managing Director of the legal and consultancy divisions of the business with immediate effect.

Steve Gerring will continue to be Managing Director of our safety arm following the acquisition of his business UKHSE by Outset in 2014. Both Sean and Steve will work closely on the planned development of the group with our CEO and founder, Jonathan Gauton remaining at the helm to oversee its strategic direction and vision.

Sean Gorman who spent nearly 10 years of his career at local law firm Brachers LLP before moving into a commercial role in the construction sector said “It’s a great privilege to take on the new role at such an innovative and forward thinking firm.
