Outset advises on acquisition of Six Two by Branscombe Group

Outset are pleased to have advised Six Two, a web design, development and optimisation agency based in Ashford, Kent on their sale to Branscombe Group, a private, family owned media company. 

Corporate lawyer Jonathan Williamson advised Six Two founders Aaron Taylor and Helen Fairley on the sale with support from Ollie Coekin. Aaron and Helen will continue to lead the business.

Branscombe Group unite great media businesses and support their growth ambitions. Six Two join the group’s two other PR and Communications business – Houston and McOnie. 

The acquisition will give Six Two the opportunity for expansion and investment, allowing them to provide a broader range of marketing and communications services to clients.
