Outset celebrate record month of transactions in 2020
Outset are pleased to have advised on 15 corporate transactions which completed in September.
This follows a busy August for the team, having completed 10 transactions for long standing client IVC Evidensia, Europe’s largest and fastest growing veterinary group.
The transactions spanned multiple sectors including veterinary, dental, technology/manufacturing, accountancy and design.
Outset Corporate lawyers Nick Lewsley, Tilly Clarke and Jonathan Williamson lead on the transactions. They were supported by Andreea Sitaru, Sally Arnold, Ollie Coekin, and Ayda Khanchi on the corporate transaction side, with Amber Gilbert, Usman Miah, Cameron Gaston-Penny, Elliot Cox and Stuart Gilbert advising on the commercial property aspects and supported by Lorraine Williams, Sammie Williams and Chloe Pereira advising on the employment aspects of the deals.
Outset worked in collaboration with BDO, Hazlewoods LLP, Castle Corporate Finance and Succession Strategies.
