Outset complete 10 acquisitions for Europe's largest veterinary group
Outset are pleased to have advised Europe's largest and fastest growing veterinary group, IVC Evidensia on the completion of 10 acquisitions in the past four weeks.
Despite lockdown and the current unsettled economic circumstances, the team at Outset worked closely with IVC Evidensia to complete ten practice group acquisitions in the past four weeks, adding to their growing portfolio of veterinary clinics.
These were nationwide deals, spread across England and Scotland, with veterinary clinics in Dumfries, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire and Cheshire.
The majority of acquisitions were completed with a deal team of eight with Outset corporate lawyer, Nick Lewsley leading on all ten acquisitions. He was supported by Ollie Coekin on all transactions, corporate lawyers Andreea Sitaru and Sally Arnold assisted on seven and three deals respectively, with Amber Gilbert, Usman Miah and Cameron Gaston-Penny advising on commercial property aspects and Lorraine Williams and Samantha Williams advising on the employment aspects of the deals.
