Outset are pleased to launch unlimited advice service, Primed, to give more business owners access to high quality employment law, HR and health & safety advice at an affordable monthly fee. 

Primed gives clients access to extensive online resources, produced and updated by employment, HR and health & safety experts, including step-by-step guidance, template letters, documents, contracts and policies – everything a business owner needs to manage a team and keep them safe. Primed is available 24/7 through an easy to navigate, cloud-based system, giving employers access the right advice, at the right time, for an affordable monthly fee. 

The Primed Premium upgrade gives users unlimited telephone and email advice from UK-based employment law, HR and health & safety experts who are on hand to support employers with day-to-day enquiries or on more complex issues. Additional Primed Premium benefits include an annual review of employment and health & safety contracts and policies, as well as covering employment tribunal defence fees.

Unlike other fixed fee providers, Primed empowers business owners to take control of their own decisions by giving them the choice of how they deal with employment and HR issues.
