Outset Group has joined Kent-based food and drink trade organisation, Produced in Kent as first ever industry partners to champion local food and drink businesses, whilst bringing a wide range of business support services to members.

Outset Group are committed to nurturing Kent’s food and drink businesses and the new strategic partnership will give Produced in Kent’s members access to high quality legal, HR and health and safety advice, helping members to create risk-resilient businesses, equipped for sustainable growth and success.
Managing Director, Sean Gorman said
“Outset are proud to be Produced in Kent’s first industry partner, given our shared commitment to support and promote Kent’s impressive food and drink industry. Not only is there a keen sense of community and pride among the membership which Outset are keen to be a part of, we want to do our bit in supporting such an important part of the local economy and business community. Having supported some of Produced in Kent’s members for many years, we are uniquely placed to provide tailored advice to their members to support their growth and success at a particularly challenging time.”
Outset Corporate lawyer, Tilly Clarke, joined the board of Produced in Kent as a Non-Executive Director in July to provide continued guidance and contribute to the development of Produced in Kent’s strategy.
Tilly Clarke said
“Having worked closely with Produced in Kent and its members for a number of years, I know the organisation well. My day job is to offer pragmatic advice to board directors and business owners around key legal and often practical issues too and my keen interest in the local food and drink sector will mean I can bring a slightly different perspective to a well-established and experienced board.”
Produced in Kent said
“We’re delighted to have Tilly and the Outset team onboard. They’re a great fit for our organisation and we know the support and advice they can offer our members is invaluable – especially with so many of our members in the food and drink sector having to change or adapt their service offering this year because of the pandemic.”
