Outset team goes from strength to strength

Outset welcome three new staff members in Corporate, Commercial and Property teams.

Just over halfway through 2018 – somehow – and the team here at Outset has continued to grow quickly. 

With a little over 50 deals completed in the first half of the year, we’ve been a busy bunch. And to stay on top of things and keep growing, we’ve continued to seek out new talent to help us on our journey. 

Since January, the team has welcomed the following – all of whom are working within the Corporate, Commercial and Property teams:

Jonathan Williamson – Corporate Lawyer

Jonathan has a wealth of experience in corporate transactions, with City experience and having previously been a partner in a large regional firm. He has worked with a range of clients in tech, telecoms and oil & gas on fund-raising, private equity and cross-border corporate transactions. A great addition to the Outset team, we’re very happy to have him on board. 

Andreea Sitaru – Corporate Lawyer

Andreea joins us from a City firm, with great experience supporting on corporate finance transactions. Focussed and driven, Andreea has already become a key part of the Outset transaction team. With a passion for business development, she’s already helping us to raise our profile in key regions.

Tamara Heslop – Trainee Solicitor

Having previously worked with Jamie Tavares, another Outset team member, we were delighted to be able to welcome Tamara as a trainee solicitor in June. She has outstanding paralegal experience from leading City firms as well as large corporates. Initially working in property, Tamara will also spend time in our corporate and employment teams.

We also look forward to welcoming Jennifer Spain, who will be joining as a corporate lawyer in September. Jennifer trained in the City, working for some very high profile clients, and is dual UK and Irish qualified.

And we’re not stopping there – the team continues to recruit and we are expecting further new additions in the coming months. It’s an exciting time – we feel exceptionally fortunate to have such an outstanding team, as well as a great team spirit. There’s already 17 of us now (had to count twice to check…). We may hit 20 by the end of the year!
