Amanda qualified as a solicitor in 1999. After a year or so gaining broad experience of commercial litigation, Amanda has since specialised in employment law, acting for both private and public sector employers, including Higher Education Institutions. Before joining Nicholas Moore in 2010, Amanda was an Associate at national firm Mills & Reeve.
Amanda advises on the full range of employment issues. She has particular expertise in equality and diversity matters and litigation in both the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal. Her clients have said that they value her pro-active, practical approach and her ability to find solutions which go beyond the technical employment law issues, reflecting the commercial objectives at stake.
