When I get a moment, I tend to either read or sketch. I have always been good at drawing comic book characters so I’m particularly enjoying the current trend for all things superhero. Since moving out of the City and finally owning a patch of land that isn’t predominantly concrete I’ve also spent a lot of time gardening. For me this essentially means planting flowers in the hope that they’ll do something other than wilt or get trodden on by my son.
As an English Literature student, choosing my favourite book is like choosing between children. But I could probably recite Terry Pratchett’s novels by heart.
I’m actually pretty good at sewing, and once fashioned a Victorian gown entirely from old curtains for a themed ball. I am however shocking at knitting.
