When away from work, what do you enjoy doing?

I love to be outdoors discovering new places to walk my two dogs, or visiting some sort of animal related place - Buttercups Goat Sanctuary in Boughton Monchelsea being a personal favourite!

I also love to travel (who doesn’t?) and have made it my personal mission to visit a cat café in each major city I visit. So far I’ve been to cat café’s in Rome, Lille and Munich – Berlin and London are next! By chance I also stumbled across a dog café whilst in Lille, so I may add those to my mission list.

What is your favourite book or movie?

George Orwell’s Animal Farm

Describe an interesting fact about yourself?

In 2014 my best friend and I set up an animal rescue charity inspired by the dogs we had each adopted. We rescue and rehome dogs and cats from Romania, Greece, Thailand and the UK and became a registered charity in 2015. In the first three years we rehomed around 600 dogs and cats.

When you were a child what did you want to be when you grew up?

A vet...can you spot a theme here?!
