Essential legal, HR and safety support – all for a fixed fee
Technically, Dan is presently classified as an "unregistered barrister" (because he decided not to take pupillage after the Bar Vocational Course). But, in addition to training as a barrister, his legal qualification journey has taken him through the CILEX qualification process and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2020.
Dan has extensive employment law and HR advice experience having worked for a number of firms across the South West and North of England.
He specialises in contentious employment law matters, having litigated and advocated in Employment Tribunals nationally for the last few years.
This leaves him perfectly placed to provide advice on contentious matters, and having seen the ‘ugly’ side of things it also gives him great insight in to how best to deal with issues at the non-contentious end of the spectrum.
We showcase a member of our team each week on our LinkedIn page. We ask them 10 questions about their inspirations, challenges of their job and their career journey.
