With extensive, hands-on experience working in-house, Emma is well versed in coaching managers through a variety of end to end people practices including redundancy and investigation. Her strengths also lie in providing comprehensive support on any employee situation which may arise, including poor performance and absence management. She holds a CIPD level 5 qualification which also bolsters her well-rounded expertise.

As a qualified Mental Health First Aider and an accredited trainer, Emma is highly skilled at advising clients in what can be done to support people in the workplace.
