Prior to becoming a Solicitor, Hollie spent a number of years as the Practice Manager of a highly respected and fast growing legal charity. This gave her first hand insight into the commercial reality of everyday employment issues faced by businesses.
Hollie now applies her “on the ground” understanding and experience of HR, as well as her broader knowledge of the operational demands and pressures confronting businesses today, to her employment law practice.
Hollie’s legal work includes advice on hiring, discipline and dismissal, redundancy, settlement agreements, employment contracts and policies, consultancy agreements, TUPE, dispute resolution, whistleblowing, family-related laws and a wide range of discrimination issues.
