Jess works for Outset as an HR Advisor with the purpose to provide high quality employee relations advice directly to Outset’s clients.

Jess is an Associate CIPD member having worked previously as an HR consultant for an HR & Payroll company providing support and advice to businesses in the UK. Jess has had a high level of exposure to different HR scenarios and experience working with a wide range of industries.
