Personal Biography

Rachel is a HR Advisor and has worked at the Outset Group for over 6 years. Her role includes providing HR support to a wide range of clients from different industries including warehousing and logistics, veterinary, health and domiciliary care, leisure, tourism and hospitality, engineering and recruitment.

Rachel provides support to stake holders at different levels through telephone and email advice, providing on-site support where required,

She is an Associate Member of the CIPD.

Qualifications

CIPD Undergraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Associate Member of the CIPD.

When you were a child what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a journalist or writer.

When away from work, what do you enjoy doing?

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going to music events/concerts/gigs, the theatre, the cinema and going on holiday.

What is your favourite book or movie?

Toy Story, Home Alone 2 (which is much better than the first one),

Fight Club, The Dark Knight & Trainspotting

Describe an interesting fact about yourself?

I got married in Las Vegas, where I also did the Sky Jump off of the Stratosphere (829 feet)
