Previously Sian worked in the care sector having hands on and management experience, progressing to a lecturer in a further education college. Sian is able to train on specialized subjects such as Communication Skills including people with non-verbal needs; Adult Protection level 1- awareness and level 2- supervisor responsibilities; Conflict Management for people who work with the public and dealing with challenging behaviours from vulnerable individuals who may lack capacity; The Mental Capacity Act 2007 (level 1 awareness, level 2 for managers and level 3 the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards 2007).
