Simon has a wide ranging Employment law practice with experience advising on employment and related issues for both employers and employees, including: discrimination and harassment; protected disclosures (whistleblowing); restrictive covenant disputes; disability; complex grievance, disciplinary, and performance management processes; individual and collective redundancy procedures; contracts of employment; and settlement agreements.
He has extensive experience conducting claims in the Employment Tribunal, as well as in the High Court and appeals to the EAT/Court of Appeal.
He also has knowledge of regulatory matters in the financial services and insurance sectors, including SMCR; shareholder and partnership disputes; enforcement action before a variety of regulatory/disciplinary tribunals, and data protection issues.
He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
