Overview of training module

This workshop provides an introduction to investigating issues within the workplace. Issues often occur following suspected or alleged misconduct or  as a result of a complaint or concern from a member of staff or a customer.  It is vital – in the interests of fairness and to minimise company or individual risk – that reasonable, yet thorough, investigations are carried out   This workshop will provide participants with the skills to identify how to conduct an investigation from minor to more complex whilst ensuring accurate recording of evidence and events to allow an adequate follow up action as appropriate to policies or procedures.  The use of practical scenarios and discussion, along with recommended tools and methods, will equip participants to become competent company investigating officers.
